offered by the website. Papam for any reason with or without notice may terminate

Papam might not take back-ups of the materials or images you upload in different
sections of the website. It is not responsible for any loss, corruption or deletion
of your materials or images; it is advisable for you to keep backups of all the
content that you upload to our website.

Shipping Disclaimers:
- Flowers and other gift items are delivered separately whereas flowers are delivered
on the intended day.
- If the order of flower is booked after 2:00 PM it will be delivered next day
- Rakhi/Friendship/Diwali Orders will be delivered within 4-6 working days.
- We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed
during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked,
the customer shall still be charged for the order.
- The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or
design as per the availability.
- All orders placed before 4:00 PM IST will be processed same day.
- All the shipping arrangement are managed by DTDC and Bluedart. We CANNOT commit
any fix time for delivery. Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm from Monday
to Saturday.
- Shipping window is beyond the order processing time(24hrs for greeting card and
72 hrs for gifts). Handmade cards may take 24 hours more for processing.
- Wherever DTDC and Bluedart courier network is not present the delivery will be made
via regular Indian Postal service.
- The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
- We will make two delivery attempts at the recipient address, in case the recipient
is not available. In case the delivery is not executed during these many attempts,
the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible.
We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- When delivery is not done due to wrong phone or cell phone or Extension number/not
working/no reply/not connecting/not reachable. We recommend you to provide the Phone
or Cell phone number of the recipient for the purpose of accurate delivery.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Product delivered at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor
- WE deliver our products with DTDC www.dtdc.com and Bluedart www.bluedart.com
- No Deliveries on Sundays and National Holidays
- For normal shipping - All gandhigiri cards will be delivered through ordinary
Indian post to make this campaign more relevant.
- No offline proofing is done at our end. User is required to check the proof online.
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule
the delivery for another date.
- No change in orders can be made before the shipping window from the date of delivery.
In rare scenario, please contact us via e-mail.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 7 working day prior of the
delivery date.
- In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update
will be available in the website.
- We will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 7 (Seven) days from the
delivery of the order.
- Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
- If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of
your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence
in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
- PAPAM reserves the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
