Getting Started:
Create account/Register/Member Login/Signup
While registering with PAPAM; you are required to fill in the following information:
  1. Go to www.papam.in
  2. Click on Not a PAPAM member yet? Join PAPAM link on the middle top of the page
  3. Enter your email address as username.
  4. You may check email availability by clicking on "Check Availability" button.
  5. Enter the other registration details such as Confirm Email, First Name, Last Name, Passwords, Hint Question and Hint Answer.
    Choose a password that's easy to remember and not easy to guess.
Want to receive a personalized welcome card from PAPAM on becoming our registered member?
  1. Click on the check box "Want to receive a welcome card" checkbox and then fill your personal details in given fields such as Address, City, State and Country.
  2. After entering the registration details click on "Submit" button. Make sure that you have checked the Terms and Conditions check box
  3. A welcome page appears if the registration process is successful and you will be able to use the exclusive personalized products and send them to your desired address anywhere in India from anywhere in the world.

PAPAM provides you with unlimited storage to save your cards.

What is the duration for which PAPAM would keep my cards in my account?
All your saved cards would remain in your account until you delete it yourself. However, PAPAM reserves the right to change this policy in the future.

Forgot password?
If you have forgotten your password, the password will be sent to your email address (Username). You need to follow the steps below:

  1. Go to www.papam.in
  2. On the top of the page, click on "sign in" tab on the middle top of the page. On the next page, enter your username (email address) by which you are registered to PAPAM, and then click the 'Next' button
  3. Provide your security answer, which you have entered during registration
  4. An email containing your password will be sent to you at the above mentioned email address
  5. Check your password in the email, and then return to www.papam.in and log in

How do I View/Change My Personal Details?
You can review or update your personal information and contact details at any time after logging in

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to the 'My Home' tab on top of the page
  3. Here you can update your First name, Last name, DOB and other personal information
  4. After editing click 'Update' button to save the changes Moreover you can view your Payment History, Order History, cart and calendar in "My Home".

How do I Change my password?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to the 'My Home' tab on top of the page
  3. Click on the 'Change Password' link
  4. Enter your old password in the 'Old Password' field
  5. Enter your new password in the 'New Password' field
  6. To confirm, enter your new password again in the 'Re-Type New Password' field
  7. When you're done, click 'Submit' button. If you change your mind, click 'Reset' You will get a message 'Password has been changed successfully'.

How do I view the Order History?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to the 'My Home' tab and then click on "My Order History" link
  3. You will see a list of all your previous orders with PAPAM with details such as invoice No., Invoice Date, Card, Recipient Detail, Price, Tax, Shipping and Order Amount.

How do I add a New Recipient/Contact?


  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to "My Calendar' tab on top of the page
  3. Click the "Add Recipient" link on the right hand top of the page. A pop up will appear.
  4. Enter the details for the contact you want to add. Note that the fields Name, Address, City and State are Mandatory fields
  5. When you're done, click 'Save'. If you change your mind, click 'Reset'
  6. If you click "Save" button, the recipient/contact will be added to your calendar and will immediately appear in the list alphabetically

How do I add multiple recipients?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to "My Calendar" tab on top of the page
  3. Click the "Add Multiple Recipients" link on the right hand top of the page. A form will appear
  4. Enter the details for the contacts you want to add. Note that the fields Name, Address, City and State are Mandatory fields
  5. When you're done, click 'Save & Back'. If you change your mind, click 'Reset'
  6. If you click "Save & Back" button, the recipients/contacts will be added to your calendar and will immediately appear in the list alphabetically

How do I Edit/Update an existing Recipient Detail?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to the 'My Calendar' tab
  3. You will see a list of all your recipients. Click on 'Edit profile' against the name of the contact you want to edit/update. A pop up will open which will contain the present details as existing in your calendar. You can edit the contact details here
  4. When you're done, click 'Save'. If you change your mind, click 'Reset'
  5. If you click "Save" button, the edited contact details will immediately appear in the list alphabetically.

How do I Remove Recipient/Contact Information?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to the 'My Calendar' tab, you will see a list of all your recipients
  3. Check on checkbox in front of the contact list which you want to delete from your calendar
  4. Click on 'Delete' above the list of the contacts you have. Note that the contact once deleted will be permanently deleted from the My Calendar.

How do I personalize a card?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Select a card from any occasion and click the "Personalize This Card" button
  3. The personalize card space will open; here you can express yourself by writing in message field or may select message template from "View Message Gallery". Often the selected card comes with a default message.
  4. Clicking on "Preview" button, you would be able to see your personalized card front, back images with chosen message.

How do I save my cards?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Select a card from any occasion and click the "Personalize This Card" button.
  3. After personalizing card, click on "Next" button. Fill all details of recipient.
  4. Now click "Add To Calendar" button, your card will be saved in "My Calendar" against recipient name.

How do I edit message in previously saved card?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to "My Calendar" tab on the top of page
  3. Click on "Change Message" link of the card in which you want to change message. Begin typing whatever you want to say.
  4. Now click "Next" button to move back on "My Calendar".

How do I change previously saved card without loosing message?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to "My Calendar" tab on the top of page
  3. Click on "Change Card" link of the card which you want to replace

How do I send a card?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to the 'My Calendar' tab, you will see a list of all your recipients.
  3. Click on "Pick Card" link against the recipient whom you want to send card. You will be taken to "Reasons to send cards" page, pick card from here, personalize card and then you will be taken back to "My Calendar" where you view the selected card with the selected recipient. Select date on which you want to send card.
  4. Now your card is ready to send. Click on "Buy" link and go through the payment gateway.

How do I delete saved card?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. Go to the "My Calendar" tab
  3. Click on "Delete" link of the card which you want to delete.

Note that the card deleted once will be permanently deleted from "My Calendar".

Shipping and Delivery
We would inform you by email as soon as your order is shipped and the order status will be updated in your Order History under the "My Home" tab. The shipping is provided by reputed carrier in the in the areas they serve. There are many stations in India that are still out of courier reach. In all such cases the shipping may be arranged by Indian Post. Though the courier companies are of national repute, PAPAM has no control over their SLAs. Please go through the Shipping Disclaimer at the Recipient Address Page. In circumstances beyond control of ordinary man, the shipping may get delayed or lost. Papam will take all good care to avoid all such events. Please contact us for any such events. We pledge to work out the situation to the best of your satisfaction.

Coupon Discount:
How do I use Coupon discount?

  1. Log in to PAPAM
  2. You can order a card from here or can directly go to "My Calendar" to order the previously saved cards
  3. While placing order, you will see a text box where discount coupon need to be entered.
  4. After entering discount coupon, click on "Redeem Discount" button.
  5. Make sure you have at least one item in your cart.

What if I am not able to view images in my order confirmation email?
You need to check if your browser is displaying the images/pictures. In Gmail- You need to click on the 'Display images' just below the mail header In Outlook- You need to click on the 'Download pictures' just below the header In Yahoo- In Hotmail-You need to click on the 'Show content' just below the header In Rediffmail- You need to click on the 'View Images' just below the header Our Order server is sending the order information is a very detailed and lucid way. Please check your browser page and somewhere there should be link to display image or something like that.

Why do I have pending Debit card transaction
Currently our payment service provider CCAVENUE is providing direct Debit Card acceptance only for Canara Bank. They are in process of getting services for more debit cards from different banks.

How can I track my order?
Go to MyHome
Go to Payment History
Select desired Invoice Id
Select "Shipping Status"
A small pop up window will open to give you the current shipping status

I placed an order and paid money through the payment gateway, but I did not see any order id or have not received any email regarding my successful order. What should I do?
Sometime it may happen due to Internet connection issue or some other technical issue that the link breaks in between and you do not see any order id or receive any email. In such cases, please email at support@papam.in citing your user id. The support team will check and if the amount has actually been paid, the team will take appropriate action and you will receive confirmation email against your order. However, the support team keeps continuous watch for such cases and proactively takes necessary action.

I am not clear about the actual time you take to deliver any order?
We process and dispatch your order within 24 hours from the time it is placed. Then it takes one to four business days for our courier partner to deliver the order shipment at your recipient’s address. The processing of your order is based on the occasion date you mention in your order. The order is processed 7 days in advance of the mentioned occasion date. Any order which lies within the 7 days window gets processed in a similar way. We recommend our customers to place orders atleast 7 days in advance to the occasion date to prevent any delay in the delivery. Also we recommend that you utilize our Calendar Utility and place orders well in advance for all the future needs.

How can I send the same greeting card to multiple recipients?
After personalizing the card, click on the "Send to Multiple Recipients" check box on the Recipient Address page, it will take you to your calendar from where multiple recipients can be selected.

What are the possible mode of payment?
We have integrated third party payment gateway CCAvenue, which provides multiple payment options like Credit Card (currently Master Card is not available), Debit Card, Internet Banking, Paymate, Cash Card.

How to I cancel my Order?
You can only cancel your order until it is under "Ordered Status". For cancellation of your order, please follow these steps.

  1. Login to www.papam.in with your User Id and Password.
  2. Go to My Home.
  3. Go to My Payment History.
  4. Select the Invoice Number related to your Order.
  5. Click on "Cancel Order" link against the specific Order.
