Paras Arora completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim
University in the year 1998. He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer with
LML Scooters where he worked in Process Management of various manufacturing lines
implementing TQM and the latest Industrial Engineering Concepts.
He realized over the period of time that it was not his calling. He quit LML and
joined one of the top Indian IT company TCS in the Year 2001. There he worked for
various Industry domains like Custody Business, Trade & Logistics, Retail etc and
has been associated with few organization wide initiatives. During his tenure, he
got a flavor of all the facets of the Software Development Lifecycle from Development,
Maintenance, Testing to Implementation starting as a Team member moving on to becoming
a Project Manager. He underwent some of the best designed trainings which sharpened
his Leadership and Managerial skills.
Paras has almost 9 years of experience. He has been to United States and Germany
during his career working with foreign clients. He takes care of all the executive
responsibilities at PAPAM.
Manish Pathak (manish@papam.in)

Manish has a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Birla Institute of Technology,
Mesra. He has 6 years extensive experience in the field of Software Development,
Project Estimation and Project Management. He also posses 2 years experience in
retail activity as channel sales partner of a leading brand in India. He has been
associated with C-DAC, TCS and HCL Technologies before venturing into www.papam.in.
He has worked in different domains including Telecom, Retail, Education and Finance.
Manish has expertise in Project planning and strategy.

Pankaj received his BTech in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
He has gained rich experience (10+ years) in renowned IT organizations including
Information Technologies India Ltd (Espire Infolabs) and Infogain India. He is a
highly skilled professional with strong business perspective to technology in services
based scenarios. He has gathered sufficient expertise in architecting, developing
intelligent solutions and efficiently managing the relevant resources and technologies.
He has brilliant ability to transform complex business needs into fabulous real
time solutions.
Veerendra K Jaitly (veerendra@papam.in)
Mentor and Director
Veerendra K Jaitly had an illustrious career serving in the Indian Navy for over
22 years. He holds an M.Tech degree in Sat Comm and a B. Tech (Hons) degree in E&ECE
from the prestigious institute of IIT Kharagpur. He was the commissioning crew of
INS Viraat and was actively involved in Computerization and Networking in the Navy
including the installation of First LAN onboard Indian Aircraft carrier, INS Viraat
in 1987. He developed the multi-media technology and produced about 100 training
modules and a few documentaries in 1989-92 for the use of Indian Navy. He received
the best instructor award as a young Lieutenant.
As a Govt. and Defence Consultant - India and SAARC of Cisco Systems he was actively
involved with the e-Governance and Defence Networks. He delivered a number of lectures
on Network Centric Warfare to create awareness on the subject in three services.
He was the Founder Dean of Jaypee University of Information Technology, Distt Solan.
At present he is the President of AstroWix, a pioneer in the field of Project Management
training and consultancy. He has been instrumental in creating a platform and network
of Project Management professionals through a monthly event- PM Insight Lecture
Series at Delhi and Bangalore. He is also the Chief Editor of "PM Xpressions" a
monthly newsletter on Project Management news and trends. Jaitly has been also actively
involved with the Customer Value Management concept and has been instrumental in
spreading the message that Customer holds the key to the success of any business.
He is an exceptional speaker, coach and a trainer and is known for his motivational
and leadership skills. His trainings are well-known for being informative, interactive,
action oriented and inspiring. His training programs are based on the latest industry
trends. His extensive knowledge in varied fields has helped professionals at improving
their leadership, communication, team building and business skills.
Mr. Jaitly has to his credit a number of articles and has delivered lectures widely
in India and abroad. He has presented at National and International Seminars from
the forums like CII, ASSOCHAM, AMCHAM, C-DAC, Common Wealth Countries Forum for
e-Gov, CSI, Cyber Media, and Defence Officer's Conferences on diverse topics. He
has been invited to more than 30 Technical/ Management institutes including IITs
and Nanjing University at China to deliver lectures.
Mr Jaitly is an extrovert, proactive, a change agent and an organizer of events
at the national level with remarkable success. He had been a mentor for entrepreneurs
at a session organized by TiE and PanIIT. He has been instrumental in the creation
of PanIIT India as its Founder Board Member. He has given interviews on Radio, TV
and Internet. Jaitly has traveled to US, UK, China, Australia, Italy, Egypt, Singapore,
Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Maldives and thus has a global exposure and understanding,
He had been the Leader for an All India Motor Cycle Rally and was Oi/C for a Car
Rally. He loves to trek, plays Golf and devotes some of his energies for promoting
education in the tribal areas.
Dr. P.K.B.Menon
Advisor Board
Dr. P.K.B.Menon was formerly Adviser to the Department of Science and Technology,
Government of India. He was also the Secretary, National Science and Technology
Entrepreneurship development Board, Government of India until his superannuation
from the government service on 31 May, 2003. He was responsible for initiating and
implementing the Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Park and Technology Business
Incubator programme of the Government of India. He has more than three decades of
experience in entrepreneurship development. He is currently the Chairman of the
Indian STEPs and Business Incubator Association of India. He is also associated
with the National Business Incubator Association of America, Global Network of Business
Incubators and Founder member of the Asian Association of Business Incubators.
He is an Adviser to a few institutions in India for setting up, operationalising
and successfully running STEPs and Business Incubators and also a mentor/adviser
to a number of start-up companies.
Vivek Mungali
Advisor Board
Vivek is a PMP certified professional. He is a 1992 B.Tech from IIT Delhi. Over
the course of his career he has been a part of SAP supply chain transformation programs
at some of the top Fortune 100 companies while working for Ernst & Young, Capgemini
and Accenture.
Currently he is settled in USA.
